“This was a great spot to stay for a weekend of outdoor adventure with our kids. The property is well maintained and the location was great. Our highlight was making s'mores by the creek. ”

The white entry rock drive is a little narrow, but the directions from the Scenic 7 Gift Shop are perfect!The design of the house fits perfectly with the lot location. Polished stained concrete floors matched perfectly with the cabinets. A north wall of glass brings the outdoors into the entire house with spectacular……

“Property was great, we saw elk and floated the Buffalo River with BOC. Found a coffee pot but only a Keurig style coffee maker, 30 minute drive minimum to find food or groceries.”

“The photos of this place don’t do it justice. 5 minutes away from a great swimming hole, beautiful view of the Arkansas mountains, great layout and decor, pet friendly, nice hot tub and cozy atmosphere. This place is clean and very well maintained. We all really enjoyed our stay at the barn.”
