“My seond stay in this hotel. I booked this hotel because I want to have some swimming time and good sleeping time within long transit. However, the pool is out of service during my stay and when I booked the hotel (just 12 hours before check in) I have not got any notice on this. What a disappointment.”

“The overall accommodation is satisfactory. This boutique hotel is comfortable and in a good location. As for the staff, most of them are helpful and nice. However, it feels a bit strange that the promotion of upgrading room types is offered by the reception upon my arrival.”

“I had a fantastic experience at the Mondrian. The hotel is immaculate and exudes a stylish, upscale vibe. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. For the first time, I found myself truly wanting to return to a hotel. “職員聽不懂英文，check也用了20分鐘。進房後看到之前客人留下的毛巾… 廁所的垃圾埔也滿是銹漬。酒店很接近舊建築物，早上6時開始發出低頻聲音，完全不能入眠。很差的酒店，不會再光臨。”
