“Clean & stacked with modern furniture, fixtures & appliances - so modern some were a little puzzling to oldtimers like us, but they all worked very well. Lots of space!”

“It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. WiFi is only at the main house and had bring being our own bedding, that was unclear on this site… but on the main website it’s much more clear. Thanks again! If I ever……

“We loved everything! The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The Mexican restaurant for dinner. The diner for breakfast and the park for the event we were in town for. ”

“Glady Hideaway was clean, quiet and well stocked. It was just the right size for two people. The kitchen was well equiped and the owners had everythi g needed to build a nuce campfire. We enjoyed going to Blackwater Falls State Park, Seneca Rocks and Spruce Knob during the day and relaxing at the cabin in the evening. Very quiet and serene!”

“The cabin is a quiet oasis in the mountains of West Virginia. It is conveniently located near wonderful nature destinations of Northern WV to include Seneca Rocks & Cavern, Blackwater Falls and Pine Knob. We had deer great us daily and enjoyed sightings of turkey and hawks on the property. Although surrounded by nature, it's easy to get to Rt 33, 28 and 220 making it easy to navigate to any adventure. The cabin was spotless and is an ideal retreat.”

“Booked our cabin for an early Mother's Day getaway. The property is fantastic, with just the right amount of seclusion and wonderful rustic charm. We spent our Saturday climbing the Via Ferrata and up to the Seneca Rocks overlook, coming back to the hot tub was a great way to end the day! Highly recommend Spruce Mountain cabins and we'll definitely book again!”
