The place has everything you might need and the customer service, both from the owner, and from the staff, will make you feel like you’ve all been long time friends. I cannot recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to be back!”

“This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here……

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Stayed in April and was so nice to be in between seasons. We are not snow skiers but were very impressed by the size of slopes and the facilities around the area. Did some amazing and breathtaking hiking. Dolly Sods is located right up the mountain. Enjoyed the hot tub and the babbling run. Very relaxing. Would recommend! ”

“Old dirty area rug, old plastic table covering, old hard towels and bedding and no curtains. Deck furniture was not decent on the one porch at all. No as advised in pictures ”

“Staff so nice and very accommodating. Great pool area they also furnish pool towels. Room clean Master bed was a little uncomfortable, but I’m getting old. Everyone was very happy”
