“We recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day getaway, and it was fantastic. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, featuring clean and comfortable rooms. “No hot water in room first night. Fixed next day. Both nights very noisy from restaurant cleaning below room. Had to make reservation for pool and spa area, but it quickly filled up with people. Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted. “Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal in deutscher und englischer Sprache. Was mich bei meinem 2. Aufenthalt sehr geärgert hat, das die Klimaanlage tagsüber, wo kein Gast im Hotel ist zur Verfügung stand und Abends, wenn die Hotelgäste kommen ausgeschaltet wurde. Selbst nach meiner Anfrage, wurde dies ignoriert. Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es eine Klimaanlage auf der Homepage anbietet. “5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. ”

“Leider konnte das Personal kein Englisch. Das Abend Büfett stellte sich als Essensausgabe heraus. Bei welchem das immer gleiche Essen lieblos vom Koch auf den Teller geschmissen wurde. Es gab keinerlei Rohkost, sondern nur Tütensalat, welcher in einem schlechten Zustand war. Die Auswahl und Qualität der Desert einfach nur mangelhaft. Auch war es nicht möglich einen Wein zum Essen zu bestellen. Getränke gab es generell nur aus dem Automaten und Bier konnte man nur mit einer tschechischen……
