They try to charge us in different way, they send us the bill before check out, it said we order coconut in the bar that we never visit , it said we took the chocolate from mini bar which we never take. then we explained to the reception and settled. “有位名叫hansa的reception服務人員沒有想要幫忙解決問題，問任何有關前往鹿島的資訊都說no，要我們自己前往位於酒店內的boathouse問資訊及價錢，但其實是有free shuttle的服務。不向我們解釋給我們的資訊只有no。其他服務人員都很幫忙解決問題，除了她。”
