“Beautiful and well designed house. It had everything you could possibly need. And everything worked - hot water, AC, stove etc. Comfortable king bed. The pool was fantastic and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable day bed and all the pillows located under cover next to the pool. Great place to hang out and watch the birds and enjoy the views when we wanted to be out of the sun. The owner was easy to reach and promptly answered all our questions. This was my 6th trip to CR in 33 years and this……

“Super nice place in a gated community. The pictures didn't do it justice. We had a group of four so it was perfect. Lower level had a laundry room and 2 equal sized bedrooms with bathrooms inside. Each room also had a private patio with amazing views. Upstairs had a 3rd bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room. The outdoor covered patio wrapped around the side of the house and has even better views. We sat out there for hours at a time. ”

“This property was even better than expected! Our family of seven, ranging in age from 11 - 78 years old, used this as our home base to explore the area, from Manuel Antonio down to Uvita. We fished, walked the whale tail, hiked Nauyaca Falls, and explored beaches, and the Lattice House location was perfect! We also spent alot of time at the property, between exploring the orchard, watching wildlife that visited each day, and relaxing in the pool and hot tub area, with beautiful ocean……
