“The unique hotel design at Aria Hotel immediately caught my eye whilst checking-in. We stayed in the King bed room with courtyard view and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff truly made my stay special. Their hospitality was exceptional, always ready to assist and make me feel at home. I can't thank them enough for their kindness! “I never tried a boiled egg from the fridge, it was very cold, not too many options because the hotel has no kitchen. We finished the body lotion and hair conditioner but the housekeeping didn’t refill it. Not worth!”

“位置很棒，可以体验古堡住宿。但是设施陈旧，早餐很差，仅有几道热菜可选，厨师不懂英文，很难沟通。餐厅只提供早餐，其他时间不开放。最让人难过的是床上被子太小，提出更换要求后被告知只能第三天才可以从别的旅馆借被子。很无语啊。”

“The hotel is on the Pest side, close to the Hungarian Parliament and St. Stephen's Basilica. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was nice to have a lounge in the lobby area to relax in the afternoon or evenings with free coffee, tea and water.”

“Fantastic location just off Andrassy Avenue within walking distance of public transport from buses, trams to metro. The hotel's staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. The hotel also has it's own sauna which you need to pre book for privatised use which offers more privacy and were great. ”

“The staff there are very welcome and friendly, I need to make the Covid test for the next travel, the lady was very pleased to help me to make appointment. The lamps on the desk was broken, and the lady also help me to exchange a new one immediately. The room are quite good, internet is fast.The bed is very comfortable. The parking is in the basement of the hotel, but it’s the elevator’s function. It will take time to enter and leave, not so convenient. The refrigerator is not ready working and……
