“Out of town not sure about the surrounding area but seems like a nice hotel ”

This place could not have been more perfect. It was value priced, kid friendly and very clean. It is no frills but modern - no carpet thankfully, no dressers, nothing unnecessary but all the right stuff! The lobby was alive with families attending local sports tournaments and this hotel was equipped to entertain them with……
