“It served its purpose for a night stay. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The shower didnt work well and make an annoying squeaky noise. Bed was a little hard. But overall was a good stay for the cost. Was upset when someone hit and broke my car side mirror, however that was not the motels fault. I called and they are looking into it they said. So hopefully it will be fixed. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Stottsville Inn! The inn itself is wonderful - quaint and historical - and is very well-maintained. The common areas and our room were all super-clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful - from Patrick at check-in to the lovely lady who managed the breakfast as we were checking out. “Not a bad place to stay but for the price it was good, could hear neighbors which I didn’t like and the balcony is sloping or falling (not sure but I didn’t trust it) but other than that it was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was super easy. Continental breakfast was trash but McDonald’s is 1min away. I would stay again just don’t expect to be at a fancy hotel. The only other thing was the strong smell of cow manure which didn’t bother me but must be close to a farm.”

A pot of coffee or fresh water in the lobby would make guests feel a bit more welcome. I was told that there is a coffee maker in my room. Breakfast - coffee again. The coffee carafe ran out of coffee 15 minutes prior to the close of the cafe. The waiter simply said it was out, and to go to the lobby for coffee. Really? No one could make a……
