“The owner of this family-run guest house is very friendly and helpful, provided information about Sapa and even upgraded my room.”

“Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. Oh take note of insects at night. But it makes the whole experience wholesome. Trip in and out of the hotel……

“We hade a great time at this hotel. Beautiful infinity pool, mice rooms and breathing views. The only thing ww didn't like too much was breakfast. There were some options but nothing that we really enjoy. ”

“There were lots of things to love here and lots of things that need some attention. The sheets really need some good bleach and the heater in the room needs to be more functional. That being said the staff were very helpful and the place had a certain charm. ”

“We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.”

“We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather. We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. This lovely hotel offered a shower room for us at 7:00a.m when we arrived Sapa on the first day and they did the same when we left Sapa in the evening. This was absolutely a very heartwarming arrangement……
