“spacious and spotless room - widest bed ive ever seen over 2.5 metres! huge shower room. only downside is that there is no fridge in the room AND although there was no smell at all - if you book a non smoking room then there shouldnt be 2 packs of cigarettes included in the "minibar" and ashtrays in the wardrobe! Staff extremely helpful with organising transportation. Worth noting that this place calls itself the DAYHELLO hotel in English which is confusing. ill definately use this place again”

“This hotel and Hotels.com DOUBLE CHARGED me. When I checked out, the hotel told me that under my booking arrangment, I had to pay on site. I checked my credit card and there was no charge from Hotels.com. Since I had to leave, so I did pay. Afterward, Hotels.com charged my card. I looked at the credit card record today and found that out. I called and went to this Hotel and they told me its not their problem but Hotels.com. I cant find a complaint contact so I wrote up this comment. ……

“My best and top pick hotel in Dongguan for the last 8 years. You cannot ask for a better location and staff service is beyond expectation. Room is very clean and well decorated. Breakfast buffet is rich, just like dinner. ”
