“員工服務態度良好，早餐豐富美味，酒店房間也舒適。我今次是港車北上，酒店系統能讀取香港車牌，但酒店電腦系統內卻找不到我的紀錄，大堂其中有要位懂廣東話的男員工很認真的幫我處理。唯一美中不足的是酒店電動車充電系統不能支援香港的電動車，我嘗試了很多次才知道，我要到其他地方找充電樁，帶來一定程度的不便，所以我下一次未必會考慮再住在這間酒店。”
