“My family and i spent a lovely weekend at this hotel. Thanks for the lovely hospitality to the executive lounge attendants Nia, Maisie and Lucy. The location of this hotel is superb. One thing i enjoy less is that even though i booked for three persons, the lounge access was restricted to two persons only. I hope the hotel would review this policy soon. "在訂房的地圖上，此酒店標明在天河城上方，所以就選了這間，誰知去到，才知原來行很遠但打的士會被拒載的距離，事實上它在萬菱匯後面設計大廈那边。請官方把誤導的地圖標示改回。但酒店本身是很好的。"

However, the reception for these events was on the ground floor, and some of the personnel for those companies caused nuisance to hotel guests. "
