“The staff service was very good, the room was tidy and clean except some of the minor stain was found due to mold under the wash basin and inside the shower compartment. Unfortunately, a steam cooked croach was lied on the plate with steamed dim sum when we started to take the food for breakfast. ”

“那麼多次用Hotel.com訂酒店，今次為最失望的一次。第一是我訂的是大床房，但到我上到房時發現是兩張單人床的房間。打去大堂問，他們竟然跟我說大床房都給別人了，沒辦法。第二是我訂的是商級商務房，但他們明顯是給了最普通的房間我，還說什麼自動升級了，照片也可以看到啊！！第三是廁所的味道。。。這個不用解釋了吧。反正今次是我最難忙最可怕的一次住宿經驗。”

Good

"Good location in Shameen where is a quiet and peaceful corner in the city of Guangzhou. Just about 10 minutes walk to the subway station and some other tourist attractions. Everything looks good inside the room. Love the view from the room. Just one defect is that the ventilation is not so good in the toilet. The Cantonese restaurant in the third floor of the hotel is super good. We have a very pleasant stay there."
