“This was my second stay at Punthill Ivanhoe. The apartment was nice, modern, light and perfect for my purposes (visiting relatives in Austin Hospital and nearby Macleod). Penty of food options down the hill in Burgundy Street. Or if you don't want to walk back up the hill, easy drop off location for Ubereats or other. Amenities good (washer/dryer was v handy for me). There is traffic noise (especially around peak hr) but I tuned this out quickly and easily. Definitely staying again when……

“I have booked and lived in this hotel twice in the same trip. I have tried two kinds of rooms. The first day, the room assigned to was quite tidy and comfortable. The basic facilities were sufficient. After two days, I checked in at the hotel and the room was really fair. First we entered the room, the toilet door was broken and could not function. It was unacceptable that a toilet without a door. Afterward, the toilet has no heater! Heater should be a basic facility of a hotel in……

“Lack of staff at reception for check-in. I checked in and being asked to obtain a credit card, when I am getting in, someone come to ask to solve a problem. I have been waiting patiently for few mins but not solved yet. And I drive the car out to wander around the site for another 20 mins and return. The staff is still talking to that person to solve the problem. I don’t want to be rude but I spent more than enough time in waiting for someone to cut me out and finish the check in finally at 8pm.……
