“Overall nice visit but the check in process was a real mess. The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. We always hate it when companies put their work off on the……

“Wifi drops every 5 minutes, have to reconnect, either connected but no network at all or get the login website input your room number, full name… Normally you only hope the login web will come. After several tries, it says 4 devices are the limit, I can’t login anymore, but in reality I only my phone and laptop in total 2 devices. Asked the reception, she said she can do nothing about it, give me another number ask me to call it myself… great service”

“Wir haben zwei Tage dort verbracht und konnten die guten Bewertungen vorab gar nicht glauben, aber doch- es war genau so. Ein Mini Abzug gibt es wegen der Kissen die sind sehr riesig und geben nur bedingt nach, aber auch damit kann man sich arrangieren. Ansonsten- toller Empfang, unkompliziertes Frühstück (die Küche hat alles was man braucht), es gibt Parkplätze- die Lage ist toll - man ist schnell am Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder ”
