“Assurément le meilleur établissement de notre séjour au Cameroun. Tres bon service. Disponibilité. Propre. Des éléments tres mineurs à ameliorer dont je leur ferais part mais qui n'altère en rien la qualité de cet hotel. ”

“Purtroppo l'Africa e molto povera, questo hotel e' stato costruito 60 anni fa, ora è in piena decadenza, avrebbe bisogno di essere abbattuto e ricostruito....pazienza ”

Ils font tout pour vous soutirer un maximum d argent. La direction de l hotel devrait les reguler pour sa reputation.”

“The hotel is nice. One of the best hotels in Douala. Nice area, nice room, nice restaurant and nice cleaning quality. But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee. He said there is no change and not even try to fix it, seems like to force me to take the change as his tips. After all, this is a nice hotel. ”
