“Nice place, quiet and the lake is at the back door. The loft was a hit with our boy (7). Plenty of space in the house for everyone. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Overall, we weren't there to spend all our time at the house, but the time we got to spend there was enjoyed. ”

“I can’t say enough nice things about our stay at this new beautiful home on Smith Lake. The owners are so easy to communicate with and wanted us to have all that we needed. The home is perfect and so well done with plenty of space. I’m worried about everyone finding out about this place and never getting the chance to rent it again! Just enjoyed it so much, and great for those that don’t have a boat and can rent from the marina nearby. It was cold and they had outside heaters for us to use……

“We loved everything about this property. The house was exceptionally clean. The lake property is not a terrible steep hill so my parents did not have an issue with getting down to the boat dock or fireplace area. My parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. We hope to return for another visit when the water warms up. I will say. this property has a lot of boat traffic so it is not the best location for dock fishing. Either way, my boys had a blast! Five stars! ”

“Beautiful, spacious home with amazing lake views! My family truly enjoyed our stay at Pittman Rock. The house was super clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to make all meals, which was a plus considering not too many places DoorDash to the area. The only downside, in my opinion, is the steep driveway and gravel road leading to/from the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect!”

“We had a great mini-vacation at Bushy Creek this week. The house was perfect for our family of 6 (and a dog) and was very clean and seemed fairly updated. With 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, and an open living space, there was more than enough space for everyone in our family. There were large “smart” flatscreen TV’s in 3 of the bedrooms, as well as phone chargers and plenty of accessible outlets. “We made the trip to Cozy in the Cove over Labor Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house interior is surprisingly spacious with that many people and was very clean. The outdoor area was nice by the fire pit, we enjoyed the free firewood and s’mores supplies. We were able to cook out on the grill and the kids enjoyed the frisbee golf setup.
