“有一個美好的旅遊住宿體驗於《波爾圖活力酒店》，地點好方便，可惜缺點就是市內聲音比較嘈雜，難以打開窗戶來通風，必須開著冷氣，但由於我的房間內冷氣長期滴水所以又變成另一個問題了。酒店員工服務好，24小時Check-in 服務，態度友善，酒店還提供早餐服務。地點絕佳，鄰近火車站及多個著名景點，樓下就有食肆及麵包店，去那裡都非常方便！ ”

“C'était une sorte d'auberge de jeunesse à voir rentrer les autres hôtes à toute heure de la nuit saks aucun égard pour ceux qui dormaient , utiliser WC + douche en laissant les lieux sales. Bonne literie mais un doute sur les draps vu poils et cheveux trouvés en nous couchant. Sans parler du digicode de la porte d'entrée qui ne fonctionnait pas di tout, la personne responsable au n° appelé a fait le nécessaire. Point positif : Arrêt de bus devant la maison , stations de métro à 20 min à……

“The appartment was recently renovated, with a nice furniture and very clean. We liked the location, also, close to the metro station of Casa da Musica in the lovely quarter of Boavista full of very good pastelarias and restaurants. The on line check in information arrived later than advertised. And the sofa bed was not very cosy. These are the only negative aspects we found”

“Great area to stay...everything within walking distance and the area is beautiful with lots to see and do. Great area for photos. The room was a bit damp but clean. “This guest house is in an old tiled house with many steep steps and approximately 8 rooms. It is charming, very clean, has excellent owners who speak many languages, provides a good cold breakfast and is in a quiet neighbourhood with local shops and cafes within a block’s distance. Decent hotel, rooms for improvement for F&B

"The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger. The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out! We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better. Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!"
