“The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger. The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. “Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything is pretty close if not there is a taxi always waiting outside the hotel. Rooftop bar with pool is excellent and the indoor pool is great for a early morning swim. I highly recommend signing up for a message in the downstairs spa in the hotel best massage I have ever gotten. I got the hour stretch massage. Love that the restaurant was in the hotel and open late night. ”

“Upon our arrival, I called the reception to ask if we could borrow an iron and ironing board. The lady informed me that they only had a steamer available, and if I wanted to use it, I would need to go down to sign an acknowledgment form. I’ve never encountered that before, and it left a bad impression. I ended up not getting the steamer, as we were only staying for three nights. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but don’t expect much in terms of service.”

“酒店不是很新，但乾淨和整潔，只有最基本的設備-床、衣櫃等等，到達當天前台男職員非常熱情，但離開的女職員就不太好，查問那裡可寄放行李都沒理會，最後要靠自己在外面放儲物櫃，酒店有電梯，是一個非常細小的電梯，兩人進去也很迫了，非常特別。交通方面，步行可到Bolhão地鐵站及附近步行街／市場，但有斜路，所以不是最方便，但有交通一天票可在酒店門口乘巴士到地鐵站，城市始終不大，往來機場或火車站也算方便。”

Decent hotel, rooms for improvement for F&B

"The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger. The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out! We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better. Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!"
