“My family and I enjoyed our stay on Munson Street. It is short walk to a large grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. I especially would recommend a walk over to the Westboro neighborhood to see some grand Topeka houses. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed the many features of the house, including the coffee-makers, washer and dryer, effective heat and AC, and nice back deck. I would definitely stay there again!”

I hit my head on the front porch light a few times because it's in an awkward location right outside the door. The owner did not respond right away, and twice responded without addressing the comment or question. It made it seem like they didn't really read what we wrote. ”

“We had a lovely time. Our extended family was in town and the layout was great for a large number of guests. Each room had enough space for privacy, but was close enough for everyone to know what’s going on. The house could use some freshening up. It was clean, but some things didn’t work, like the coffee pot, oven, some burners, the fireplaces. But the house is well equipped so we made due. Plenty of sheets and towels were provided. We would book it again!”

“I traveled to Topeka solo for a 3 day professional conference. This unit is charming with a ton of original woodwork - I’m a nerd who loves that kind of detail. The unit is as advertised and was very comfortable. Huge plus is that the bed is KING sized, not queen like you find in most units. The check in and out processes were super simple - keypad entry and no required check-out tasks! The host communication was excellent; I heard from them regularly and they always responded in a promptly. The……

“Stay was great, nice, safe neighborhood and a well remodeled stay with great accommodations for pets, the only issue was a new AC system was installed and had issues cooling the house but the owner addressed it with a partial refund following the stay.”
