“Good place close by downtown Chico ”

“Always feels like at home st at the University Inn. Good improvements have been made over the over the last several months management /owners are making sure their customers are comfortable every night, conveniently located close to everything in Chico, reasonably priced ”

“The toilet need to be replaced, they are old low flow toilet installed in the early 90’s and clog easily. Newer low flow toilets operate better, it embarrassing to call down to the front desk for assistance. I have been staying at the Diamond sense they opened and this is a recurring issue. ”

“Overall decent. Couldn’t reach hotel by phone. Cleaning guy brought fresh towels everyday. ”

Everything we needed was provided, the furnishings were comfortable, and the location was perfect - just a few short blocks to the park and to town.
