“This is a great place! Lots of nostalgia. We actual were there on it's 110th Anniversary of opening! Old school, renovated to it's original state! Affordable and nothing but top notch! Blues Brunch on Sunday was excellent! Will stay here again!”

“The Nelson Lofts did not disappoint! The location was perfect for walking around and exploring downtown Davenport. The loft was very clean. Nice set up for a group trip with plenty of beds a seating. Communication was great and parking was easy. Special shout out for the showers- everyone commented how great they were! The sound does travel from the downstairs bars and neighboring lofts but they provide sound machines and ear plugs if needed. Would stay here again! ”

“Location was great! Very happening side of town! It was a great trip visiting the colleges and seeing the quad cities! Also did some snow tubing in Andalusia and that was a blast! ”
