“Always love the breakfast, but would have liked different variations on all the days stayed. Beds were cleaned…suggest floors to be cleaned better. Parking lot needs some love. I can tell you the price you pay it’s a great hotel. Love that our furry friends can join us.”

“Very happy, the home was so cozy, my furbaby Jack and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. The back yard is big and fenced. Lauren our host was great, so welcoming, very helpful coming over to show me how to work the TV (I'm old school) I really liked the location, on a dead-end street. The front yard is really big, lots of space for vehicles and toys. I highly recommend.”

“Filthy house, wasn’t cleaned before arrival. Loft bedspreads were stained, floor had a huge stain and TV was missing. Pillows on couch were cat scratched. Fridge was dirty with sand and hair on shelves. Too close to next door neighbors, no privacy. Neighbors are loud (maybe because the homesites are just too close), Back screen door kept falling off. Not at all as described on Vrbo. The River Lodge Resort is old, outdated and not maintained. The only plus was the host answered my call……
