“This was exactly what we needed for a few nights to attend a wedding in Seguin. Just a few blocks to all the good stuff in NB but nice and quiet in the evenings. For the 2 of us it was about the same amount of space as being in a hotel room but with more character. Would certainly stay again if i ever need to go back to this part of Texas.”

“Everything was great except for property manager. The location was great, the access to river was nice. The only thing was the manager yelling and badgering guests for parking permits. We were being told we were being loud, we had small childten with us. ? What do expect? Sorry will not be staying here again.”

“There were 11 people in our family that stayed at the house. There was ample sleeping space (actually more than we needed) and enough room for all of us to be together as well as not being on top of each other! My kids (10 and 6) LOVED their own little place under the stairs! What a GREAT use of that space!!! We all would recommend this house to anyone!”
