“This place was Great. It was very clean and had all we needed to feel at home. The walk to the river was beautiful, I wish it was summer but nevertheless it was so very nice. Restaurants and downtown shopping are a rock throw away and a must to visit Gruene Historical District. We had a fabulous time, thank you Romantic Casita for hosting us. “Cozy cabin on Lots of Land. If you are going to use the lofts, they are best suited to children/young adults as the ladders are narrow. ”

“Was in town for a show at Gruene hall so wanted something walking distance from the venue. Easy 5 minute walk. There was a good little bar across the street we enjoyed as well. Couldn’t find the light for the shower or it was burned out but other than that the casita was great!Did not get my check in email but a quick call to the owner solved that issue. Responsive and quick. ”

“The property was better than expected. Super clean and was decorated very nicely. We've stayed at a ton of rentals and lots are not the same as the pictures listed or just not clean.The beds were very comfortable along with the sheets and pillows (other places we have stayed cheap out on this). We will definitely be staying here again when in town.”

“The Palmer’s guest house was perfect for our anniversary celebration. We ate at Palmer’s restaurant, excelllent food and drinks. I am picky and give the restaurant A plus! They were so kind to us and acknowledge our anniversary. We were walking distance from the square so didn’t have to uber which was perfect. The guest house was cozy and perfect size for a couple. Communication was best I have ever had. The bathroom is small maybe in need of few shelves for belongings but that is all. ……
