“The hotel is beautifully designed. The rooms are huge with enough room for a sofa in which to enjoy the views. The shower is fantastic with great water pressure! The signature scent of the shampoo, etc is amazing. The Falls buffet is superb! My only complaint would be the annoyingly loud “techno” music that is played in the, very nicely equipped fitness center. Even with my headphones I could hear the “music”. “Finley at check-in was fabulous!!! She recommended the last 2 spots for a free wine blending event that day at 4pm & it worked perfectly into our plans so we accepted. It ended up being the highlight of our stay!! Justin at the wine blending event was absolutely delightful, friendly & knowledgeable. He even ran into us at breakfast the next morning and had a nice chat. The decor, the rooms, the food, the wine and the staff were all fantastic!! I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!……
