“Everything was great except a problem with the a/c control which kept room far too cod and also noisy. I reported the issue to front desk where my concern was professionally noted and reported. Later the day of checkout, I caalled the GM who graciously approved a rate discount for the inconvenience. Grace was the GM and Johnny helped me.
