“I give this place 3 stars, its a nice place with a good amount of room but there are a few issues. Our stay was Monday - Friday, just 2 adults. Pros - lots of room. Cons - no ac. There is a portable ac unit on wheels in the bedroom however, the exhaust vent goes behind a curtain to the window but not outside. There is no way to open the window for the exhaust vent to take the hot air outside so it just pumps all the hot air back into the room. Be prepared to wake up at 7:30am every morning……

“The house is very conveniently located near the expressway and Boston airport. It was a quick drive (when traffic was light). The bedrooms are good sized and are upstairs which was nice if one of us was up earlier than the other. ”

“Great location right in quaint Melrose, which we wanted to be close to relatives for the holiday. Modern, spacious, clean, all amenities including w/d; big kitchen which we used for meals. Beautiful wood floors. Slept very well, quiet. Parking right at unit, which my husband really appreciated. Owners responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again.”
