“This house has two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One bathroom (one of the listings stated 1). The outside of the house needs work. It would have been nice to be out on the deck enjoying the weather but needs updating. Beds are comfortable and linens seem new. Spacious inside. The location is next to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, music, shopping. Some items were broken and I did let the owners know. They were easy to contact. ”

“The house is amazing the neighborhood is close to a lot of great restaurants and a short drive to anything you want. We did a friends weekend after not seeing each other for a few years. The house is spacious and warm. The living and sleeping areas are spread out so friends who wanted to crash were not bothered by those who stayed up late. “The house is more spacious than you think. We were there when it was really hot. The window air conditioners worked well to keep us cool. If you’re used to central air, these units are a little loud if you need them on overnight. The basement bedroom was comfortable and cool. The upstairs bathroom is new and full of light. The hot tub worked great and is in an area that includes a fun and large area for kids to play. The owners are very welcoming and respond quickly to all messages. Lovely to……

“Overall dissatisfied:-manager never returned 4 emails requesting internet access and password. Called listed number and got out of service message NO INTERNET/WIFI entire time on premises-roach in kitchen on stove-sleeps 5 gave us 3 hangers-not enough flatware for 5 people to eat-hair in walk-in shower-could use tissues. Toilet paper hurts my nose-could use napkins-tv in primary bedroom didn’t work-fan and a/c in second bedroom didn’t work-on personal note, guests found beds uncomfortable, walk……
