“Newly remodeled house that mostly fit our needs. Start with the “needs to improve” and finish strong. Exterior of the property stills needs work - front yard needs mowing, weeding, walkway improvement and gravel driveway graded. The driveway into the garage and inside the garage needed cleaning. Still had construction trash not completely cleaned up. I found a broom and swept plus picked up nails. I wanted to park one vehicle in the garage as we had 3 vehicles and parking is tight. “The home was a perfect place to meet with friends who live far away to connect for a weekend. We intended on attending tater day festivities but they ended up being cancelled due to the monsoon level rain and storms that happened over many days. We were comfortable and safe and the home was cozy and had everything we needed to hang at the house.
