“This property was the best VRBO we've ever stayed at.so far.We came to town for the holidays and found the house comfortable, with plenty of room to relax between gatherings. Every bedroom has a TV, plenty of pillows, room for your things, and a comfortable bed. The only drawback to the house was the stairs. There are stairs everywhere. We will definitely book this house again. As long as no one is on crutches. ”

“Three families came together to enjoy a couple days of togetherness here, and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. So cozy and comfortable! Hot tub, huge dining room table, game zone, well stocked kitcgen and comfy beds were favorites. Definitely recommend!!”

“This property is fantastic. It is very updated, with all the amenities you'd hope to have. The location is literally steps away from the Drake University campus and the Drake Diner. The furnishings and beds are super comfortable and convenient. And the manager was very accommodating and responsive to our needs! I seriously doubt you can find a better option!”

“The guy that owns the property, accepted my money through the booking and then tells me I have to send my ID through the site. There is no where to send an ID through this site, so I wrote him, but days go by with no response. So, I try calling repeatedly. No answer. So I tried emailing, tried calling some more, still no response. Mind you, he said in his ONLY message that if he doesn’t “receive my ID” we won’t be given entry to the rental. It’s now 2 days till my stay, with NO communication……
