“The basement suite was perfect for a family of four with young kids (there was a small step into one of the bedrooms, but no one ever tripped). While the June weather was hot and muggy, the basement was consistently cool and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook in, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient.”

I could have not lucked out on a more perfect place than this. It is exactly what they advertise. A small, clean and affordable efficiency apartment that is much better than a hotel. “The property was nice. It had what we needed for our stay. The kitchen was functional and the living room was spacious. The bedrooms were also very spacious and the bathrooms were nice and clean.
