“The house overall was good. The driveway was mentioned in listing so it isnt their fault but it is really bad. You can barely get on there without scraping the bottom of the car. It really needs a deep clean as there was dust everywhere and baseboards were not good, fans and AC vents were really bad with dust covered all over it. However, past that, it had the space we meeded and the kids loved the pool. We were able to cook and enjoy our time. The kids area was a plus as well. Plenty of towels……

“Took us a while to get a response from the owner…yet he did try to get the electric on asap… House is very outdated , was not very clean, there where no real cooking utensils, games where all missing parts, and we where without power from 2-5:45pm it was very hot took a whole day to cool. Property was not maintenances at all grass over grown. The fridge kept shocking everyone after it started working finally. The stove top only had 2 working burners. The centipedes where horrible in the house……

“This has to be the cleanest rental i have ever stayed in. The little touches like a few bottles of water, coffee pods and snacks were a great bonus. I actually forgot some clothes and they contacted me quickly so i could arrange to pick it up. Higly recommend for your next trip to Kingsville. ”

“* Warning, long winded* We loved our stay. The cabin is cozy with plenty of comfortable sleeping space and temperature control. The host was easy to get ahold of when needed, responded quickly, was pleasant, and even let us know when we had animal visitors. Lots of deer in the area. The place was stocked with basically all the basics we needed. We fished a little. Right in front of the steps is a spot you need to watch your step, otherwise the way down to the river is good.
