“We were looking for room and entertainment over the New Years holiday. We found both in this property. If we do this again, we would absolutely go back.”

“The location is amazing, as is the host. The downside is how outdated and under maintained the house is. The site says infers it is recently updated but that’s just a new floor (poor quality) and new countertops. The screen doors on the sliding door are broke, huge cobwebs in the top of the ceiling, the basement screen door is held closed with a rock, the laundry is creepy, etc. The trees are overgrown, and no drapes for privacy in the second property. Worst of all is if you flush the primary……

“We found this location a great choice as a relaxing weekend for our group of college friends and their spouses. The only minor criticisms were that we did not locate the indoor pool mentioned in the description and there was no propane for the grill. A phone number I had previously been given to report problems by our POC turned out to be for emergencies only. “We have visited Benezette many times over the years, but as soon as we walked into this quaint cottage, my husband said, "I really like this one". And I did too. The main reasons we booked were the location and reviews, but the second reason we booked was because it had a king-sized bed. My husband is 6'6" tall and doesn't fit in many beds.
