“We enjoyed our stay and felt safe and secure. I highly recommend paying for the parking because parking is not easy to find. This location is perfect to get to everything you would want to do. Very spacious apartment with lots of closet space. I would rent again. The pool was nice to see everything and the laundry was quite easy to use. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. ”

“Honestly great stay. space was clean came with some gratuities like free water and seltzer. Host was always available for any questions and concerns. And it was honestly a nice quiet neighborhood away from the usual hustle of DTLA”

“I enjoyed my stay very much. The location was perfect for day trips with easy access to highways. I went to the beach, Disneyland, Six Flags, Catalina Island, and Laguna. Every drive was an hour or less! Since I did day trips pretty much every day, it was nice to come “home” to a comfortable bed with soft sheets. I slept great here. Sam was very responsive when I had a question or need and got back to me ASAP.The house was comfortable, had cute decor, and had surprising touches like……

“I liked that the property had two doors! And a gate! And it’s own first come, first serve basis parking! One thing though would probably to add curtains to the windows and door because it is quite in the open. But besides that, the owner was very helpful and everything was great! “Stayed at this location to be close to Universal Studios and a few other destinations around LA. Was surprised to see that it’s close/walkable to Thai town, where we enjoyed several good meals. The apartment is clean and quiet. Communication with the property manager was good for check-in and check-out. We did have an issue with the garage fob not working during our stay and it was remedied with a new opener when we reached out.”
