“Checkin at 3am was seamless. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel facilities were better than expected. The room was excellent. Lots of space, a great balcony, and a well equipped kitchen. There was a small supermarket at the rear of the building and another about 200m towards the Canal. The canal walk is clean and easy to follow and the beach was about 30-40 minutes along that. The whole of Dubai is a building site and it is a city for motorists so don't expect quiet at any time.……

“This is a very new hotel. The rooms are very well equipped, modern and comfortable. The mezzanine bed is nice. The location is ok. But : - the environment is noisy, the double glazing is not efficient - the swimming pool was not working, opening every day postponed to the next day... - there is no real reception, no room service, no one competent when there is a problem. These problems will have to be solved so that I come back next year”

"Staying at one of Dubai International Airport’s premier hotels was an exceptional experience, blending luxury with convenience in an ideal setting for travelers. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the efficient check-in process, which catered to the needs of guests looking for a quick yet comfortable layover. The rooms were elegantly designed, offering a blend of modern aesthetics and Middle Eastern charm, making it feel like a true oasis in the bustling airport environment. The amenities were superb. My room featured high-quality bedding that provided a restful sleep, perfect for recovering from a long flight or preparing for the next leg of a journey. The en-suite bathroom was equally luxurious, with a rainfall shower and premium toiletries that added a touch of spa-like relaxation. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like blackout curtains and soundproof walls, which allowed for an undisturbed stay despite the hotel’s proximity to the terminals.
