“Warning: Do NOT stay at Duranni Homes My experience at this property was extremely sketchy and unprofessional. There is no lobby or reception, I was greeted in the parking lot. Despite having prepaid for my stay, I was demanded to provide a cash deposit only. When I offered my credit cards (five different ones), the payment terminal consistently displayed “void” before the card was even inserted, making it clear that they only wanted cash. “We had an amazing stay in this magical apartment. Sandip at Heaven Crest relay supported us during the stay and did all in his power to make things perfect. The apartment is 5 min walk from Dubai mall and we had a room with view of the ocean. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The gym was well equipped and the pool area had a fantastic view of Burj Kalifa”
