“Dès l'arrivée on pressent que c'est un établissement qui cherche à impressionner, mais qui n'a que des prestations moyennes ! Accueil lent et demande du dernier pas satisfaite alors que demandé le 20/02 pour un séjour le 6/04 ! L'hôtel dit m'avoir surclassé mais ne m'en a rien dit au check-in ! La communication est mauvaise dans cet établissement. Belle chambre avec petit balcon (stupide délire d'architecte pour la vision depuis l'extérieur ?). Belle salle de douche, mais WC dedans ! Grand lit……

“The resort is nice.. If you’re only looking to visit the parks. However, the entertainment schedule not so full.. you might get bored, even for kids. The tikki house was closed for the whole stay! The kids club unfortunately was extremely boring! Staff and rooms are nice.”

“The idea of self-contained villas is a fabulous one, especially for travelers who have larger family size. Unfortunately, the resort has not been kept to the standards that the photos on Expedia and other booking websites depict. The staff, however, was very helpful and pleasant to interact with.”
