"Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, zum Teil schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Leisure Pool muss dringend erneuert werden, er gat Löcher in den Wänden und Mosaikplättchen splittern ab. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Top Service. Das Buffetrestaurant dürfte abwechslungsreicher ..."

"5 minutes walk to beach, only complaint is my fault,,kinda,,my plane was delayed 1 day arriving i ask to change reservations delay 1 day, they did not, i had to pay for another day, it is on there page ,no refunds, so they did nothing wrong, but it would of been nice to just move my stay checkin/out ..."

Excellent service
"Excellent service. The lobby manager helped us arrange early check-in. The staff kindly helped us take the luggage to the room. I'm sorry that I was too tired to remember their names at that time. The location is very good. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Dubai mall and Kite beach."
