“Checkin at 3am was seamless. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel facilities were better than expected. The room was excellent. Lots of space, a great balcony, and a well equipped kitchen. There was a small supermarket at the rear of the building and another about 200m towards the Canal. The canal walk is clean and easy to follow and the beach was about 30-40 minutes along that. The whole of Dubai is a building site and it is a city for motorists so don't expect quiet at any time.……

“Excellent service. The lobby manager helped us arrange early check-in. The staff kindly helped us take the luggage to the room. I'm sorry that I was too tired to remember their names at that time. The location is very good. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Dubai mall and Kite beach.”

“A lovely hotel, with friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. One request: provide universal power plug connections in the rooms. I am sure you get visitors from all over the world, and needing to get an adapter to charge phones or laptop is cumbersome. Otherwise, lovely place.”

“Very good. Service was top class, rooms were new and modern, bed was comfy. Dining options were brilliant. Special shout out to breakfast at Stfumato. Only criticism is loud construction works around the building but there’s hardly anything the hotel can do about that. Will definitely be back. ”

“For my feedback on the food, the restaurant manager responded quickly and apologized. He re-invited me to the restaurant for dinner. The restaurant manager, waqar, received us personally. I still ordered the same food as last time. They have really improved a lot. Much delicious. The chef also came to greet us. The service is top notch and I would recommend it. Thanks Farht for the hospitality.”
