“Rick’s condo was the perfect spot for my husband and I to enjoy our first trip to the northern Outer Banks. It is beautifully renovated and on the top floor of the building giving amazing ocean views! The Duck town beach accessible from the condo was wide and lovely. Keyless entry and the condo amenities were easy and as advertised. We had a minor issue with locating the beach equipment that Rick resolved in minutes. Would stay again! ”

“Location and Room was great. Stayed in South Wing but parking lot was totally closed for sealing. Made check in and check very difficult with entry/exit through main lobby requiring hauling luggage over several stair cases. Room in wing without parking lots closed would have been better”

“This is a great stay. We weren't expecting much, and it is a lil more than a hotel room. So, to begin the pictures and stuff do it no justice. For perspective, the property is two houses away from the beach. You can literally read the sign for the beach from the end of the property. Not a long walk if you gotta go to the potty.Next, the outside shower is the greatest. Lots of pressure and you can wash off the salt from the ocean as well as your swimwear. Right outside the shower is the stackable……

As the owner says in the description, it is a bit dated - it definitely gives "grandma's house" vibes, but it's very clean, has a surprisingly well-equipped kitchen, and is literally about as close to the ocean as you can get.
