Well stocked. Enjoyed the outdoor balcony!!! So close to everything, easily walkable! Great restaurants ! Had a day on the water catching trout. Worth the 6 hour drive !!! ”

“Although I did not stay (I had to take one of our other daughters to DUKE), my wife and one of our other daughters did spend the weekend and enjoyed the beautiful area. She sent me a ton of pictures and was overwhelmed with the size and open space that this unit provided. Cleanliness is high on my wife's list when choosing a VRBO, and this one was first-class. She's already planning a second trip for just the two of us so I, too, can enjoy the beautiful features this place has to offer.”

“We come to blue ridge every year for our anniversary weekend and decided to stay here at the Perch this year. It was perfect! “The property is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Having two seperate king suites with their own bathroom was ideal. All 3 TV's have apps installed so all you need to do is log in with your own information. The Wi-Fi was strong and supported all use. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed. When we arrived there was already some ice made in the freezer. The fireplace is as simple as turn on and off with a remote. The temp was very easy to set with a Nest Thermostat.……
