“The hotel is very accommodating and wishing that you enjoy Salerno to its fullest. It is conveniently located near Centro storico and many restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately the building is still under renovation so while you can see the sea it is hampered by the netting. ”

“It was disappointing to know that no one was present during my stay. I had to call, which did not get answered, and wait to receive texts via WhatsApp to get into the building and my room. It was loud, since other people staying here felt like it was their house and treated the kitchen as if it was their own. We had no way to get dry towels or more toilet paper. The breakfast included, was from a cafe across the street, which we had to go to every morning, and consisted of a coffee and pastry.……

“We rented a car to drive from Sorrento to Salerno via the Amalfi Coast. By the time we arrived we were a bit tired. We were using the map app to guide us to the location and made 3 attempts before we found it. It is located on a 3 block pedestrian-only strip filled with shops, restaurants, and access to the train station. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only unfortunate things were we were both suffering from a head cold and I lost the location of where I parked the car. ……

“We loved this property, but the check-in was enormously complex and time-consuming. The instructions emailed to us were only in Italian and involved getting through four doors. Our Italian is only rudimentary so we had to do a bit of guesswork. Also be aware your access hinges on having high-speed data plan on your phone, and our coverage was spotty at best. But Marco was helpful when contacted by text. Ultimately instructions in English would have solved most problems. The room was great,……
