“The overall stay was mixed. First the property manager did not contact the resort community, thus we not able to use the amenities for the first two days. We did receive a very small refund but it did not make up for this issue. The house was clean a decorated well, however the house smelled like old fish. We used 6 cans of air fresheners but it never got rid of the smell entirely. Lastly there was a hole in the ceiling of the entry way which made a lot of noise when the wind was blowing.……

“My husband and I spent 5 weeks at this Lakewood Ranch Condo. The unit was as pictured. It was a top floor unit with a beautiful view of the golf course. The amenities were excellent. Enjoyed the resort pool and we used the fitness center daily. This unit has everything you need for any length of stay. Taj was available for any questions we had. Be sure to consider renting this unit.”

“Gerry's condo at Lakewood National was just lovely and worked perfectly for our recent stay. Everything was clean and neat, beautiful coastal decor and a great view of the action on the golf course (we stayed during a tournament - so fun!). Lakewood National is a beautiful, secure neighborhood with amazing amenities - a great spot to soak up some Florida sunshine! ”

“The unit was moderate sized and very clean with a small lanai overlooking the golf course. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The location was in a great area. Easy access to the main bldg. and golf course and easy access to and from by the back entrance. Now the bad, the queen bed in the master was like a solid block of concrete. Unsleepable. We had to sleep in the second bedroom on twin beds. A nice TV but only had streaming, no cable so all that it offered was a bunch of news……

The hosts were very kind and accessible if w needed assistance (everything went smoothly so we didn’t need to contact them). Lakewood National is a beautiful, safe gated community. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the balcony.”

“We had a wonderful month at Lakewood National! The condo was clean and well appointed. It was very quiet. Lyndsey and Dave were great hosts, and responded immediately to any questions or issues we had. I dealt more with Lyndsey, and she was an absolute doll!!! I would absolutely rent from them again. Only thing i felt was missing was a grill, but the property doesn’t allow them, so thats nothing against Lyndsey or Dave. Thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful property. ”

“We loved the layout of the condo - esp having front and back lanai! Everything we wanted and needed was available and good condition. The owner responded quickly to any questions, was personable and even checked on us when there was a hurricane warning near us. We liked having the enclosed garage as it gave us a little more storage option for beach and pool chairs, toys, etc. The community is beautiful- the pool, fitness center and spa were great. We are not golfers but the golf course looked……
