“I had a great stay at the 12th hole hideaway. The property was exactly like the photos. Everything clean and pleasing decor. My only issue was the $650 transfer fee for the amenities package. My stay was for a month and I had no intentions of using anything but the pool a couple of times a week for an hour at the most. HOA won't budge on that transfer fee so no matter if you stay 1 year or 1 month it's $650. I opted to forgo that option so thankfully I found a little pool with easy access a……

“My wife and I along with our 2 11 year old daughters lost our home in a flood due to Hurricane Debby. Zoe let us make this our temporary home for a month and ill be forever grateful. He worked with us on a weekly basis as we weren't sure how long it would take to either get back into our home or find a new one. He was a lifesaver for us. The place is absolutely beautiful and we were extremely comfortable and enjoyed being just minutes from our neighborhood and being able to check on our house……

“It was impossible to get in contact with the listing agent for this property. Never responds to their emails. Nice place, although I had to clean the bathrooms prior to use due to soap scum in the bathtub. When the curtain rod fell down in the middle of the night and I sent them an email, no one ever responded.”

“The condo, Lakewood National and the surrounding area are exactly as described in the listing. My wife and I found the unit to be modern, spacious and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the screened-in balcony which faces south and has a view of two lakes, the golf course and nature area.
