“This property was wonderful, we loved watching dolphins, pelicans, and cormorants right off the porch. The private beach right next to the Sunset bar and grille with live music was perfect. Close to the Apollo Beach Manatee Observatory, nature trail and preserve right around the corner, many other attractions right across the bay. The pool is heated and the hot tub is fantastic. Laundry facilities, conduction hot plate, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, vending machines, coffee……

I would like to make a few suggestions to be considered:1)The shower curtain in the lower level bathroom has mold on it.2) Would be great to get a new sofa.Very uncomfortable.3) Great to have a tv in the lower level bedroom.We hope to book again next year.Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!”

“The unit is the size of a hotel room. The kitchen is small but functional. Keurig coffee maker, etc there is a cooktop inside a drawer. But no oven. The bed is exceptionally comfortable king size memory foam. Beautiful view from the second floor balcony. We even saw a rocket launch from Cape canaveral. The couch is also comfortable good size television. Overall for the price point a wonderful stay.”

“We liked the spacious floor plan. It wasn't cluttered like other places we stayed in. The kitchen was adequate. There were a few things that could be added. I like to cook so there were some things I had to borrow from my daughter. A collander and dish strainer would be helpful. There seemed to be a problem with condensation on the windows in the master bedroom and the sliding doors in the living room. Everyday there was water on the sills, of course that could be from the cold and gloomy……
