“This is our first time staying here. We will definitely be back. Our experience was wonderful. All employees were kind and helpful. Hotel is clean and in great shape. Our girls love the breakfast and the pool. We had to 2 room suite that was very spacious and had everything we needed. ”

“We have a huge problem with the billing of these rooms. we reserved 3 rooms under one reservation, and another reservation. So 4 rooms total. Upon arriving at the hotel they only had 2 reservations (2 rooms). The manager was not helpful as these rooms were reserved through Hotels. com. So we rebooked the rooms through The Fairfield Inn. Currently we have been doubled charged for 3 of the rooms. No one to talk to at Hotels. com and the General Manager at the Fairfield Inn has not returned my……

“The bathroom had hair on the shower walls. The pillow looked used on one of the beds and there was white powder on the carpet. Not sure it was vacuumed. ”
