“My discontent with this property started with the listing. No email was sent for the location and details until I arrived. Called host because office closed. The apartment was on 2nd floor with no other accessibility if you have a handicap. There was a trail of dog poop smudged on metal steps where someone stepped into and used stairs to clean their shoes. Apartment inside looked okay-old , worn down furniture present ( pictures do too much justice). Apartment is also between 2 storage……

After spending the day sightseeing in Lawton, it was great to have a spacious place to relax and unwind, especially with the two-bedroom layout. “Website showed a picture of a house. The house in the picture was across the street with a different address. Drove around for more than 30 minutes trying to find the address looking for a house. I looked at the email originally sent me for a phone number and there wasn't any. Emailed the host asking how to find the address, and he finally responded with directions stating what APT # we were staying in, not a house. “Had a good experience with this host. When things needed to be fixed they were quick to respond and were so kind. Place was clean and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect to get to all the places. Would definitely recommend.”

“We normally make a trip to OK every year. We have stayed at almost every hotel in town and have enjoyed it, BUT this trip was an absolute joy. The kitchen counters were low enough that my husband, who is in a wheelchair, was able to help cook and clean up afterwards. “This property manager did try to provide everything needed but it was difficult to talk through the VRBO website. However, calls and texts were responded too.The temperature dropped to 8 degrees and the heating system could not keep up so the manager provided a space heater. However, it did not solve the issue and when I had water issues I left a couple of days early and I'm waiting for a refund. The manager said the heating system is being looked into.
