“My discontent with this property started with the listing. No email was sent for the location and details until I arrived. Called host because office closed. The apartment was on 2nd floor with no other accessibility if you have a handicap. There was a trail of dog poop smudged on metal steps where someone stepped into and used stairs to clean their shoes. “Website showed a picture of a house. The house in the picture was across the street with a different address. Drove around for more than 30 minutes trying to find the address looking for a house. I looked at the email originally sent me for a phone number and there wasn't any. Emailed the host asking how to find the address, and he finally responded with directions stating what APT # we were staying in, not a house. “We normally make a trip to OK every year. We have stayed at almost every hotel in town and have enjoyed it, BUT this trip was an absolute joy. The kitchen counters were low enough that my husband, who is in a wheelchair, was able to help cook and clean up afterwards. “This property manager did try to provide everything needed but it was difficult to talk through the VRBO website. However, calls and texts were responded too.The temperature dropped to 8 degrees and the heating system could not keep up so the manager provided a space heater. However, it did not solve the issue and when I had water issues I left a couple of days early and I'm waiting for a refund. The manager said the heating system is being looked into. “There was a bit of a hiccup in the check in process, but that was due to me not receiving the check in email. That was easily remedied through a short phone call though. The apartment was clean, and tidy. It worked well for our visit for family day and graduation.”
